Key Features

The Boyd St Apartments project involved the construction of a new, seven (7) storey social and affordable residential apartment complex comprising 40 units made up of 16 1-bedroom and 24 2-bedroom units.

The facility includes off-street carparking facilities, landscaping, fencing, associated vehicular access and new services infrastructure. Principle assisted NSW LAHC with the coordination of statutory approvals and the development of design documentation, which was later tendered under a Design & Construct framework.

The project reflects the transformation of the current social and affordable housing delivery program to provide innovative and inclusive housing solutions, through integrated communities that are close to transport, education, and support services.
