Key Features
This new facility located within TAFE’s Wyong campus provides a fit-for-purpose Animal Studies facility.
The project involved demolishing the old Block K, including existing solar arrays and their supporting structures, followed by the design and construction of Block O.
Block O features a variety of internal learning spaces including:
- Small Animal Housing (Temporary & Permanent) 
- Grooming/Hydrotherapy 
- Workshops/Classrooms 
- Surgery 
- Labs (Wet & Practical) 
- Imaging Room 
External facilities include:
- An outdoor space for students and staff 
- Four outdoor kennels and a dog run 
- One poultry pen 
- Two aviaries 
- New 11 space car park
