Principle Project Management NSW’s quality policy is to meet or exceed our customer requirements and expectations in a proactive, professional and cost effective manner.

To achieve our policy, we will:

• Establish and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016;

• Set objectives and targets to measure our performance and identify opportunities for improvement;

• Provide adequate resources to continually review and improve our business process;

• Encourage all people to integrate quality management into the way we work and promote its application as a method for continual improvement within their area of responsibility; and

• Actively seek performance feedback from our customers and address opportunities for improvement that are identified. This policy shall be made available to interested parties and shall be communicated to all persons entering Principle Project Management NSW as employees, independent contractors and the like.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy Statement

The Principle Project Management Occupational Health and Safety Management System applies to all activities carried out by the organisation. Principle Project Management is committed to the health, safety and welfare of all personnel employed by the company or affected by our operations. This commitment is reflected in the way we plan our work activities, equip our people, and perform and control our processes. Principle Project Management has adopted the ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) as the means by which we will control and continually improve our Occupational Health and Safety performance.  This standard requires us to identify and be compliant with the legislative and regulatory obligations applicable in the location in which we are working. We have a transparent and highly accountable approach to our Occupational Health and Safety Management System and this Policy and other relevant information is freely available to the public and other stakeholders.

The key commitments of our Health and Safety Policy are:

• Our system has been developed to be appropriate to the nature and scale of OH&S risks for our business.

• We are committed to establishing and achieving measurable objectives and targets to ensure continued improvement, with the primary focus of our Occupational Health and Safety Policy to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work‐related injury and ill health.

• We are committed to eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks.

• We are committed to compliance with relevant Health and Safety legislation and with other requirements that are applicable to Health and Safety in our operations.

• Our Occupational Health and Safety system is documented and is maintained through the implementation of procedures that are updated regularly to reflect current operational activities.

• We are committed to consultation and participation of workers.

This policy is reviewed at regular intervals to ensure that our Occupational Health and Safety management system remains relevant and appropriate to our organisation.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Principle Project Management Environmental Management System applies to all aspects of its operations. Principle Project Management Directors and staff are committed to the principles of environmental sustainability and prevention of pollution and have committed the organisation to conducting all of its operations in an environmentally responsible manner. Principle Project Management has adopted International Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001:2015 as the means by which it will control and continually improve our environmental performance. We have a transparent and highly accountable approach to our Environmental performance and this Policy and other relevant information is freely available to the public and other interested parties. Our Environmental Policy requires us to:

• Contribute in a meaningful and beneficial way to protecting the environment in which we operate to ensure sustainability through minimising waste, recycling where possible, preventing pollution and respecting the natural environment.

 • Achieve continual improvement, through evolution of our procedures and adoption of technologies which will be applied to further improve our environmental efficiency and performance.

• Strive to integrate environmental considerations into all business decisions.

• Have in place tested emergency response procedures to mitigate harm in the event that an environmental incident occurs.

• Be committed to compliance with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements that are applicable to the environmental aspects of our operations.

• Regularly review our environmental performance to ensure that it is current and relevant to our business.

• Establish and monitor objectives for our environmental performance that are consistent with this policy.
